Levi, a brave fighter from Rolling Meadows, IL, faced adversity from the very beginning of his life when he was diagnosed with an Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor. This rare and aggressive tumor is known to develop in the cerebellum or brain stem, posing a significant challenge to his health. Despite the odds stacked against him, Levi has shown incredible resilience and strength throughout his journey. At just 3 years old, he has been undergoing treatment at Lurie Children's Hospital since April 2020, receiving the best care and support possible. Recently, Levi's parents welcomed a new addition to their family over the holidays, bringing both joy and added financial strain. Recognizing the mounting expenses and challenges ahead, they reached out to the Violet Foundation for assistance with living expenses. We continue to root for Levi's recovery and send our thoughts and prayers to his family as they navigate this difficult journey together.
