We are fighting for better treatments for pediatric brain cancers.
Pediatric brain cancer kills more children in the United States than any other form of cancer, yet many standard treatments for some types have not changed in 60 years. We need to do better for our children.
Our 3 year old daughter and the Foundation’s namesake, Violet, lost her life in February 2022 to a form of brain cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma, or DIPG. Her spirit and fight at such a young age have inspired us to make this fight our mission in her honor.
Our Heart
Our primary focus is to save the lives of children diagnosed with brain tumors. The bulk of our resources will support clinical trials to develop better treatment options for these children.
Research towards a cure
A brain cancer diagnosis stops everything in a parent’s life. With more time off needed for their son or daughter’s treatments, extra expenses, and out of state travel for some, financial pressures can add to the incredible stress of these families. Through small grants we will help make ends meet.
Helping Families
Your donation will help to advance scientific research and support families whose child is undergoing treatment. 100% of public funds raised will go towards these grants.
